Halloween 2018

Halloween is over for another year - and here is my redesigned range for 2018! I updated some older designs and added three new cards into my shop and stockists this year. I also remade some spooky patterned notebooks which I will be taking with me to the Hull Print Fair this weekend at the Humber Gallery in Hull. I am really excited to be heading to the city of culture (I haven't been since I was about nineteen I think - to visit friends at university and the most I saw of the city then was the inside of a rock club called Spiders and a Hip Hop gig at the Adlephi - which is an amazing venue by the way, if you ever get the chance to visit!) If you still want to hang on to spooky season (and like me, are holding Christmas back at arms' length) then come and visit me at the Humber Gallery this weekend and get a late spooky treat! I love Halloween imagery so much, I hope you enjoy my range for this year:

Pumpkin Farm & Temp Tattoos

Yesterday we went to the local pumpkin farm to truly embrace autumn and the spooky season. We also popped on my Halloween temporary tattoos for a little photoshoot. They are available in my shop, suitable for children (and big emo kids like us!) and Halloween parties! There are bats, cats, ghosts, pumpkins, moons, spooky hands and skulls. Check them out here:

CAT BALL

It's OCTOBER! My favourite month. I love it and every year I know I bang on about the leaves, the big scarfs, the dark nights, that it's acceptable to mull all drinks, hot chocolate evrrrryday, baking, knitting, crisp air and of course, HALLOWEEN. I get more excited about Halloween than Christmas. I just love the visuals. This year, Cat Ball's are back and in my shop right now!

There's a big one and a small one. My real cat uses a small one as a toy and the big ones a decoration for Halloween/all year, a toy, a pillow... whatever. They are all unique, no two are exactly the same. Go and trick or treat yo' self! Or if you fancy getting crafty, last year I made a downloadable pattern so you can make your own! You can find that here!

Happy Halloween: Make your own pumpkin or cat! FREE TEMPLATE!

It's Halloween weekend - if you fancy getting crafty and making one of the pumpkin or cat cushions which I've recently been making (see this post here) I've made a printable PDF with template for you!   You can download the pattern and template here. You can reduce or enlarge the size of the template to make any size cushion you'd like! The size of this template will make a cushion about 25 cm high and 60 cm circumference. If you do make one I'd love to see! Please show me. Tag me on instagram or twitter!

Halloween is coming!

I just LOVE Halloween! I just love the imagery, the dark nights, the oranges and reds. I love blasting out AFI and Misfits, crunching through leaves. I love bobbing apples, carving pumpkins, making ghost bunting. I keep Halloween decorations up all year round. If you've been following me for a while, you know this. Every year I try and add some Halloween inspired creations into my shop. This year, I restocked the cards, tattoos and bunting which I've had available for a couple of years and added these notebooks
I also made some home decorations, including this super super soft, velveteen crescent moon pillow. I have an extra one for myself because they are just so nice to cuddle and they look ace around the house:
Annnd, some round pumpkin pillows, fun cat round pillows too, which I had fun photographing in my studio:
I'd love to know what you think! Check out the links to see the creations in my etsy shop. Stay spooky.

Hello October

It's almost October, and even though I have been yearning for summer to not end, I am starting to get excited as the seasons change and everything becomes crispy and orange. I still love listening to AFI and getting dressed up for Halloween, so make sure I spend some time making spooky crafts and decorations. This year, I have opened the Halloween section of my etsy shop and have added detachable collars, spooky skelly hands notebooks, happy halloween cards and temporary tattoos! All pictured here:
